RADIO.COM Sports NFL Week 14 expert picks
As his former employer gets ready for a "rematch" of Super Bowl LIII, Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will return from a late bye week with quite a bit of their story to be written in 2020.
The Buccaneers are 7-5, in what's been a very uneven first season with the six-time Super Bowl Champion at the helm, as he adjusts to Bruce Arians' offense. Tampa Bay enters Week 14 holding onto the sixth spot in the NFC, though they'll host the team currently one spot behind them - the Minnesota Vikings - this week. A loss would put Brady and company in serious jeopardy of altogether missing the playoffs in 2020.
Still remaining on the Buccaneers' schedule after this week are two matchups with the upstart Atlanta Falcons, sandwiched around a trip to Detroit. It's not a stretch to believe that the future of the Brady-Arians relationship could ride on at least reaching the postseason in 2020.
