CBS Sports Analyst James Lofton joins Rick and John to talk NFL, Falcons and Eric Reid. They kick things off with the news of Reid going to the Panthers and Lofton thinks they did this because the Carolina brass knew the Falcons needed his help. James also said he wasn't surprised that Eric Reid was signed and used Michael Bennett as an example for being snatch up by the Eagles even though he took part in the Anthem protest.
They moved to the Falcons vs Bengals game and he mentioned Atlanta being at -5 points so far this season and why. James described Matt Ryan as not a very mobile buy but loves his deep ball throws, he is tough and is in the upper tier of QB's that would be wanted by multiple teams if he ever made the free market which he won't. Finally, they talk about the tendencies that he has seen from Jimmy Garoppolo as he watched film and thinks Jimmy has been hurt, but he will be almost overly cautions in the future.
