Watch: Tom Brady takes batting practice with Rob Gronkowski in outfield

Shield your eyes, Montreal Expos fans.

Tom Brady, once an 18th round pick by the Expos in the 1995 MLB Draft, shared a video of him taking batting practice Tuesday, with Rob Gronkowski playing in the outfield:

While the seven-time Super Bowl Champion has made his name throwing right-handed, as you can see above, he was a left-handed hitter during his baseball career for Junipero Serra High School.

As Bill Speros of Bleacher Report noted previously, Brady hit .311 during his two years of varsity baseball. Despite growing up to be 6-foot-4, Brady was a catcher, with former Expos general manager Kevin Malone saying that he believes the eventual New England Patriot and Tampa Bay Buccaneer "could have been one of the greatest catchers ever."

While it's not wise to bet against Brady, if he ended up going into a career as major league catcher, it's pretty fair to assume that he wouldn't still be active as he approaches his 45th birthday. He probably also wouldn't have been able to stop the Expos from relocating to Washington, D.C. and becoming the Nationals in 2005.
