It's like an "NFT for art".

An Italian artist managed to sell his latest work of art called "I Am" for more than $18,000.

It's just tough to see how much work he put into it, because the sculpture is an empty space. There is literally nothing in the room.

Salvatore Garau says the winning bidder gets what he calls.... "a vacuum, which is a space full of energy".

What does the new owner get for his 18 thousand dollars?  A certificate of authenticity and a set of instructions on how to set it up in his house.

It's five feet by five feet of nothing, but empty space.
