(HANOVER COUNTY, Va.) -- Hanover County Sheriff's Office says that a 17 year old boy, who was last seen in Mechanicsville on Wednesday has been reported missing.
Matthew Carter was last seen in the area of Mechanicsville Turnpike and Lee-Davis Road on Wednesday.
Carter is described as a black male, 5'5" tall and weighing 108 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black Calvin Klein hooded jacket, blue jeans and black and red Adidas shoes.
He may be heading to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
