(HENRICO COUNTY, Va.) -- Henrico Crash Team Detectives have identified the victim in Monday's fatality on Glenside Drive as 65 year old Valerie Gilbert of Henrico County.
27 year old Jose Cruz-Machado of Henrico is charged with
- Reckless Driving, causing death of another
- No operator's license -- 3rd offense
- No seat belt
The accident happened around 9:30 Monday morning at the intersection of Glenside Drive and Cloverdale Street, near the entrance to the Park & Ride. A white Ford and a blue Toyota sedan collided in the intersection.
Two adult males were treated and transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
