Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police say a search of Moody Middle School found no weapon, no active shooter, and no injuires. Police and first responders descended on the school around Noon Monday, after someoneone texted to 9-1-1 that there was an active shooter at the middle school.
It took police around 90 minutes to search the entire school. It's not clear where the text came from, and Police say their investigation will now focus on the text.
Moody cancelled after-school activities for the day.
Police say they have now found a person of interest tied to the text/
