Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The coronavirus closures have now extended to schools. Richmond and Henrico announcing late Thursday that they will close for two weeks, starting on Monday, March 16. Schools will be open Friday to allow teachers and students to close things out.
Chesterfield had already announced school would be closed Friday for a coronavirus related workday. Hanover will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
Henrico has announced that virtual learning opportunities will be available.
