Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- Virginia now has a second coronavirus death.   A man in his 70s, who lived in the Penisula Health District, suffered respiratory failure.  The district, which includes James City County and Williamsburg, also was home to Virginia's first death from coronavirus.  The district has a cluster of cases.

Central Virginia is also seeing its numbers rise.  A second case has popped up in Chesterfield, a woman in her fifties who is isolating at home.  Henrico also says it has its first case, a person in their 20s.

Schools remain closed through the end of the month.  VDOT says traffic counts were down about 1,300 to 1,400 cars on I-95 Monday morning, a possible sign that Virginians are heading the message to stay home and work from there.
