Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -  Both Henrico and Chesterfield's schools superintendents are recommending the school years start virutally.  Chesterfield votes on its reopening plan tonight, and Henrico votes on its plan on Thursday.

In a letter to parents, Henrico Superintendent Amy Cashwell cited growing cases here, and spikes elsewhere, for her decision.  She says virtual school would be the most prudent and feasible option.  Virtual school would be in place for at least the first nine weeks of school, and Cashwell stresses there will be attendance and grades.

Chesterfield Superintendent Merv Daugherty sent his recommendation to the county school board.
