What Is Really Wrong With Joe Biden?

Joe Biden's memory "failed him" again on Wednesday as he told supporters during a live stream for his campaign that D-Day occured on "December the 7th."

The former vice president was joking with Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf (D) about the close proximity of Delaware to Pennsylvania when he said, "We declared our independence on December the 7th, by the way, you know, and it’s not just D-Day."

Biden seemingly confused D-Day with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, which occured on December 7, 1941. D-Day, the date of the U.S. invasion of mainland Europe during World War II, took place on June 6.

Wolf did not correct Biden's error.
