Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden told supporters at a campaign rally in Dallas on Monday that Robert Francis O'Rourke will be the one the charge on Biden's gun control policies.
The former vice president said that O'Rourke, who pushed for advocated for legal gun owners to have guns taken away, will "take care of the gun problem with me." The failed Texas senatorial candidate became slightly relevant again by endorsing Biden at the rally.
