In his effort to stifle any protest of his outrageous proposed gun laws, Gov. Ralph Northam is planning to declare a temporary emergency Wednesday that would ban all weapons from the Capitol Square just ahead of VCDL's Lobby Day planned for Jan. 20.
According to the Associated Press, Northam plans to make the announcement at a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
