The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday to uphold President Donald Trump's Protect Life Rule - which requires abortion organizations to separate abortion services from family planning and birth control services both physically and financially to qualify for Title X funding.
The rule was heard before the Court for a second time after its initial decision to allow the rule to go into effect was met with angst from pro-abortion groups. However, on Monday, the Court voted 7-4 to uphold the law.
