Early March 19, 2019 came word of a "serious crash" on an I-95 ramp near Petersburg, and as knowledge of the critical nature of the crash evolved, WRVA's Matt Demlein was dispatched to the scene to provide reports throughout the morning. For contest purposes the coverage contained in the entry was the six hour period between 7am and 1pm.
