Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Five juveniles have been charged with “various offenses” following an incident at a Meadowbrook High School football scrimmage on Thursday, Aug. 22.
Chesterfield Police describe the incident as a "disturbance." As police arrested some of the individuals involved, other teenagers "attempted to intervene," according to police.
The investigating is ongoing, and there will be an increased police presence at the school during the morning of Friday, Aug. 23. No injuries were reported from the incident.
The five teenagers face charges including assault, disorderly conduct, and wearing masks in public.
