Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The man accused in a hit and run that killed a Henrico Police Captain also now faces additional charges in King William County. Justin Regensburg, 30, has been charged in King William with eluding, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and driving while suspended/revoked. Deputies say Regensburg did not initially stop when pursued, and did not have permission to drive his relative's car.
Regensburg faces charges in Henrico tied to a hit and run that killed Henrico Captain Donald Lambert on Greenwood Road Saturday morning. Regensburg actually has been charged for two hit and runs, one of which involved a vehicle and the other involving Lambert.
Regensburg appeared in court today and a special prosecutor in Henrico will be handling his case.
