
Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- David Gutierrez' had no hearings on Friday, but his case has been moved to a jury trial in October.
Though Gutierrez had been scheduled for a plea hearing and four motion hearings, his case was removed from the docket the day before. According to court documents, there are no longer any motions pending. His case has been moved to a jury trial scheduled for October 17-18.
Gutierrez is charged with five counts -- malicious wounding, aggravated malicious wounding, possession of a firearm on school property, and two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Before his hearings were dropped from the docket, online court documents listed Gutierrez' for a plea hearing for the gun possession charge.
