Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police say they have arrested a 24-year old woman for a fatal hit-and-run Tuesday morning that killed a 61-year old man. Ciera Childress has been charged with failure to report an accident causing death, possession of drugs, and a second offense DWI.
Thomas Sotos, 61, of Henrico, was killed Tuesday after being struck near Monument Avenue and Horsepen Road. Police, at the time, said they were looking for a Prius with heavy damage.
Henrico Police credited Richmond Police with helping in the arrest. Childress is from Henrico.
