Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - AT&T is working to resolve an outage affecting 5G customers in Virginia.
“AT&T 5G customers in Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia are unable to make or receive calls at this time,” AT&T said in a statement Wednesday morning.
The company said it is unknown when service will be restored.
Customers in North Carolina and West Virginia are also unable to make or receive calls, according to Hanover County Emergency Communications.
