Bedford, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - First responders in Bedford County say over 40 buildings suffered damage, the majority of it major or catastrophic, in morning severe weather. Three people suffered minor injuries.
First responders say the storms rolled through around 7:30am. They are currently continuing to search the area to make sure nobody was missed.
First responders are asking people not to come to the area near Goode in Bedford because that could hamper the search, rescue, and clean-up efforts.
