Short Pump, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - UPDATE: Henrico Police now say the person shot in the parking lot of the Short Pump Whole Foods has died, and they have identified him as Julian Leshon McClenny, 30, of Drewryville. They also say the two people charged in his shooting now face second-degree murder charges, and that the shooting resulted from an argument.

ORIGINAL: Henrico Police have arrested two Nottaway residents for the shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the Short Pump Whole Foods Saturday evening. The shooting wounded a man, whom Police say remains in critical condition.


Spokeswoman Karina Bolster says officers arrested Deontae Marquel Winston, 33, and Katoya Brown, 35, both of Crewe. They were each charged with Malicious Wounding and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of Felony.

Bolster could not say what lead to the shooting. She did credit witnesses with helping officers identify the suspects.
