Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- Henrico Police say a bystander was injured by a car racing away from the scene, after shots were fired at the White Oak Village Shopping Center. The person was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Henrico Police say the shooting happened just before noon as at least two people gathered near their cars. The people got into an argument, according to police, and began shooting at each other. No-one was hit by the actual gunfire.
At this time, there are no reports of any arrests.
