
Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police have charged Michael Hardy, 52, with 23 charges, tied to an incident which lead to the evacuation of a portion of a West End neighborhood earlier this month. The charges include 17 felonies and 6 misdemeanors.
Police initially investigated the home on Durwood Crescent March 17th, after arresting Hardy and Sydney Crowe, 21, in relation to a domestic incident. Police then proceeded to find firearms and bomb-making materials at the home, leading to the evacuations.
