Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Dominion says any remaining customers who lost power during Elsa should have it restored today. At the peak, 60,000 lost power during the evening rain and high winds. The hardest hit area locality was Chesterfield. Statewide, Gloucester and southeast Virginia were hardest hit.

Dominion says its crews worked throughout the night to restore power. The 60,000 number is not large for remains of a tropical storm. Elsa did not pack as much of a wind punch as other storms.

Dominion asks anyone without power to please report it, saying the easiest way to do is through their app.
