Father of Boy in Freezer Granted Bond

Still Faces Felony Murder Charge

Chesterfield, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Kassceen Weaver, the Midlothian man accused of storing his young son in a freezer for over a year, has been granted bond. Weaver still faces charges of felony murder and child abuse/neglect.

The young boy's body was found just over a year ago. Weaver's wife also faces charges related to the case.

Weaver is due back in court next week.
