Henrico County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- Henrico Police say that in early June they became aware of "potentially inappropriate acts involving an adult acting in a custodial manner with a Henrico County student."
Now, 25-year-old Megan Jordan of Chesterfield, VA, has been charged with eight counts of Carnal Knowledge and two counts of Indecent Liberties. Jordan is a former teacher at Hungary Springs Middle School. Police say that the alleged incidents are believed to have occurred in the 2022-2023 school year.
Henrico Police are bringing this case in collaboration with the Commonwealth Attorney. Jordan appeared in court on Friday morning and remains in Henrico Sheriff's Department custody without bond.
