Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - NBC12 Meteorologist Rachel Myers says there is a greater concern of icing and black ice on the roads this afternoon and evening. Rain continued off and on into the late morning, and did not get much of a chance to dry before the Arctic cold front came through.
Myers says the real temperature will drop to around 15 degrees by 7pm. She says tomorrow morning, with the wind chill, it could feel like negative seven degrees.
Myers says it is possible temperatures do not get above freezing until Monday.
