Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The Henrico Commonwealth's Attorney has announced a delinquency count in the Lucia Bremer case. Bremer, 13, was shot and killed back in March as she was walking with a friend near Mills Godwin High School, allegedly by a 14-year old boy.
On Thursday, Commonwealth's Attorney Shannon Taylor says Richard Pierce appeared in court on one misdemeanor delinquency charge. This is tied to the gun allegedly used in the shooting.
Taylor has said she plans to try the boy as an adult.
