(HENRICO COUNTY, Va.) On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Henrico 9-1-1 received a call for a shooting in the 6800 block of Paragon Place just before 9 pm. The scene is in Henrico's west end near the intersection of W.Broad Street, near Glenside Drive. Officers arrived on the scene and determined two victims were suffering from gunshot wounds.
Henrico Fire & EMS transported the adult victims - one male and one female to area hospitals for treatment. The male is in critical condition, and the female has succumbed to her injuries.
Detectives are working with the legal next-of-kin to make notifications, and her identity will be released later. The connection between our two victims is unknown.
Henrico Police Detectives are seeking the suspect responsible for this shooting and need your help.
