Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The verdict was recently announced in the case of the 26-year-old marine who put a man in a chokehold on the New York subway in 2023 after the man threatened to kill everyone on the train.
Daniel Penny was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely.
