Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden says it will offer half-price admission for anyone who wears their “I Voted” sticker on Election Day.
“After a busy election cycle, the Garden offers a great space for reflection, quiet and peace, even if just for a short period of time (e.g. your lunch break),” Garden officials said. “If you get hungry, stop by our Garden Cafe for an array of food options! The Garden supports and encourages people to take advantage of their right to vote.”
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5. To find information on polling places, dates and identification requirements for voting in Virginia, visit the Virginia Department of Election’s website.
