Sandston, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police say a man ejected from his vehicle following a pursuit Wednesday afternoon has died from his injuries. Christopher Seay, 44, of Henrico, was pursued after police say he drove away from a stop.

Police say Seay crashed with another vehicle at the intersection in front of the entrance to Richmond International Airport on Williamsburg Road. Seay was ejected. The other driver is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say Seay gave a false identity during the inital stop, which was for a traffic violation. They say he drove away after officers discovered the false identity, and asked him to turn off the car. The pursuit followed after Seay drove off.

The accident remains under investigation.
