Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Richmond will not see its first snowflakes Wednesday morning. NBC12 Forecaster Nick Russo says the weather will be too warm for it to snow, and also, there really won't be much rain with the storm as well.
Russo says the rain will not nearly be enough to make a dent in our drought. However, much more significant rain is expected Saturday evening, when we could see an inch or more of precipitation.
Saturday's rain will follow a 70 degree day Saturday.
