Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The Richmond-Henrico Health District has just received 160 doses of the Monkeypox vaccine. The doses are being distributed to those at greatest risk, as determined from discussions with the District's community partners. However, RHHD is also launching an interest form to help guide later distributions.
Filling out the form does not guarantee a vaccine. There are certain eligibility requirements. The district is targeting the vaccine for those most at risk, which includes gay men, transgender women who have sex with men, and sex workers. Central Virginia currently has only had one case of Monkeypox.
You can reach the interest form here.
