Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Police say a student, and an adult driver of another vehicle, were taken to the hospital this morning following a two-car accident this morning involving a school bus and a car. The accident occurred at Harvie and Reynolds Roads. Neither injury was life-threatening.
Police say the accident happened around 8:20 Thursday morning, when the bus tried to turn left onto Harvie from Reynolds. The bus was heading to Wilder Middle School. Police did not have an exact number on how many students were on board.
The bus driver has been charged with failure to yield right of way.
