Chesterfield County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- One woman was killed and another injured in an early morning homicide, according to Chesterfield Police.
Officers were dispatched to a home on Brevard Drive after a woman arrived at a Prince George emergency room with life-threatening injuries. She died of her wounds at the hospital.
When police arrived at the home, they say they eventually forced entry when no one answered the door. Inside, they found a woman with non-life threatening injuries and several unharmed children. The injured woman was also taken to a Prince George hospital.
Chesterfield Police say they believe another person who lived in the house may have injured the two women in a domestic incident, and that they are not looking for anyone else at this point. No one, however, has yet been arrested.
