Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Just before 3 this morning, Richmond Police were called to the scene of a pedestrian crash. There, they found an adult man lying injured in the left lane of northbound Belvidere Street, at the intersection of North Belvidere and West Leigh.
The man died at the scene, and the driver remained on scene. Richmond Police say the investigation is ongoing, but that it appears the man was traveling from west to east when he was struck.
