Chesterfield, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Chesterfield Police have released surveillance video from Monday's homicide near Midlothian High School. Robert Ashburn, 56, was shot and killed around 3:30 Monday morning when he confronted someone in his girlfriend's car as he was about to head to work.
