Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Rain and severe storms should be expected tomorrow, with the potential for severe weather in the afternoon.

NBC12 says we are at a two-out-of-five risk for severe thunderstorms, with the potential for heavy rain, winds, large hail, and even potential brief tornado activity. Minor flooding is also possible, especially in more urban areas.

Pollen has been particularly present the past few weeks, and heavy rain like the kind Richmond is now expecting can actually make pollen worse. The cooler temperatures expected after Saturday, however, should provide some respite from seasonal allergies
