Virginia Beach, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - President Joe Biden promised taxes will go up on the wealthiest Americans when he releases his proposed budget in March. Biden spoke in Virginia Beach, home of Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (R), one of several seats that flipped in the 2022 election, giving the House of Representatives to the GOP.

Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) responded to Biden's visit ahead of time, telling Sunday TV shows that Biden should visit the train derailment in Ohio rather than Virginia.
