Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico Firefighters say seven people were hurt in an apartment fire off of Shrader Road Friday night. The seven, three adults and four kids, suffered from smoke inhalation.
The fire call came in right around 11pm. The apartment is located along Winchmere Court. Firefighters say one woman escaped the blaze by jumping from a second story window.
The apartment was badly damaged, and people in the adjoining apartment will also be displaced. The fire is under investigation.
