Teen Arrested With Gun At J.R. Tucker

Henrico, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Henrico police say they arrested a teenage boy at J.R. Tucker High School this afternoon, after finding him with a gun and ammunition. The boy was taken into custody after first attempting to run from the School Resource Officer. He had already been taken out of class by administrators.

The gun and ammo were found among the student's belongings. He's been charged with possession on school ground, having a concealed weapon, possession by a juvenile, and possession of marijuana on school grounds.

The student was taken to the Henrico Juvenile Detention Home.
