Dinwiddie County, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Two of the ten people who have been charged in relation to the death of Irvo Otieno in March appeared in court today.
Randy Boyer and Bradley Disse, two out of seven deputies now charged with second degree murder, appeared on their own and without any lawyers. Both men are currently out on bond and both arrived at the Dinwiddie Circuit Court with friends or family in tow. Neither was asked any questions and no details of the case were discussed, except to set their next court dates for May and June, respectively.
Boyer and Disse are two of the ten people who were indicted on murder charges after Otieno's death. The chief medical examiner’s office ruled Otieno's death a homicide by asphyxiation in early April.
