Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - VCU students have begun moving back onto campus. Move in began Thursday and will continue through Saturday. However, there will also be events in the area through Monday, so drivers in the area of Monroe Park may encounter road restrictions and traffic.
VCU is welcoming over 4,000 freshmen to campus this year. Dr. Reuban Rodriguez, Dean of Students, says a large number of them will be living on campus, and participating in move-in. The move-in is staggered so all students do not arrive at one time.
Classes at VCU start Tuesday.
