Two people are dead after an apparent murder-suicide at a Butler County home early this morning. Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Bertha Cazy tells KDKA Radio the shooting happened around 1 a.m. along Graywyck Drive in Seven Fields. Trooper Cazy says a woman was found shot to death inside the home. A short time later, a man was found dead in a wooded area behind the house in neighboring Cranberry Township. State police are leading the investigation across both jurisdictions.
