Online Contest: For the Forrest Frank ticket giveaway, enter to win by listening to Q104 beginning Monday, March 30, 2026 at 9:04am ET through Friday, April 10, 2026 at 4:00pm ET for the Q Keyword to be announced. (Specific contest hours are at 9:04am, 12:04pm, and 3:04pm) Upon hearing the word, go to www.q104.com/contests and fill out the required entry form which will include a Q Keyword then hit submit.
At approximately 10:00am ET on Monday, April 13, 2026, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the contest and upon verification of eligibility will win two (2) tickets to see Forrest Frank at Little Caesars Arena 2645 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201, plus a standard hotel room with two (2) double beds (will need credit card for incidentals). Courtesy of Atlantic Records. Approximate retail value = $550.00. Winners must be 18 years old or over. Tickets will be sent to winners electronically once winner(s) is verified and has signed all required release forms.
Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address.
