Barbara Eden isn’t relying on magic tricks to stay looking fabulous.

The 90-year-old actress, who famously starred in the classic sitcom “I Dream of Jeannie,” has opened up about how she maintains her ageless looks and toned figure.
In a new interview with Page Six, Eden disclosed she used to hit lift weights and take spin classes up until a few years ago, but now opts to have a personal trainer come to her home for resistance training. In addition, she gets her cardio in by taking walks around the tennis court on her property.
As far as her outlook on life, the nonagenarian told the outlet, “I feel young.”
Along with a consistent fitness regimen, the Hollywood veteran maintains a busy social calendar.
“I have a lot of friends,” she added. “I’m pretty active socially.”

She also credits her career in the entertainment business as crucial in helping her live her best life.
“I was very very lucky to like the job I chose,” Eden continued. “I feel sorry for people like my poor father who had to work every day at something he didn’t like. I enjoy my work. I still work.”
From 1965 to 1970, Eden appeared in the titular role on the NBC series “I Dream of Jeannie.” In the sitcom, she portrayed a 2,000 year-old genie who is found in a bottle by an astronaut played by “Dallas” icon Larry Hagman.
In recent years, she has appeared on episodes of “Sabrina the Teenage Witch,” George Lopez,” “Army Wives” and the reality series “Long Island Medium.” She’s also part of the voice cast of the animated Nickelodeon series “Shimmer and Shine.”
Aside from acting, Eden recently released a children’s book entitled “Barbara and the Djinn.” The plot entails a young girl named Barbara who meets a magical wizard named Genie.
