Wait, actually, I have one for you. No changes to your diet or exercise, just one simple resolution to give the relationships in your life meaning.
Tell the important people in your life how much you love them each and every day.
I have written about this before, and I think it's the single most important thing you can do in life..You know, besides buying a Peloton, and drinking 7 gallons of water a day. That didn't work out for Mr. Big anyways.
I can't tell you the number of people I hear talk on the phone to a supposed loved one, and simply say bye.
I can't tell you the number of people I have seen on social, especially over the holidays, talking about not being able to say goodbye to someone with Covid, or who passed away tragically, or just...wishing they had one more chance to say those 3 words. I love you.
My one friend who knew Bob Saget wrote how he told him he loved him, and although sad of his passing, felt a closure he would not feel otherwise. Powerful.
Speaking of Full House, Dave Coulier posted an Instagram pic of him and Bob holding hands with the caption "I'll never let go".
Too bad Rose didn't do the same.
My point ? All of us, especially guys, are afraid to show that side of them. Either they weren't raised with love, or it's not manly,

I tell Steph and the kids multiple times a day how much I love them. Not to get the Love medal, but because losing them would be devastating..Losing them without those being my last words would be too much to bear.
It's impossible to say it enough, and life changes by the minute. Think of it as a Life Assurance Policy. Assure your loved ones that they are important to your life.
Oh, and the Cavs are currently 23-18. Kevin Love had 18 pts..
