Celebrate Mother's Day at Kyma!

Due to Popular Demand, Buckhead Life Restaurant Group’s President and Culinary Director, Chef Pano I. Karatassos, Announces New Hours, Offerings and Events from Kyma and Lamb Shack

Chef Pano I. Karatassos, President and Culinary Director, Buckhead Life Restaurant Group announces that Lamb Shack, his popular ghost kitchen run out of Kyma, has extended its hours in response to the Atlanta community’s demand for delicious, high quality and casual Greek food for dinner take-out. New hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Additionally, Lamb Shack will host surprise pop-up lunches at Kyma starting in June, to be announced on Instagram at @mylambshack.

“We opened Lamb Shack in 2021 in response to two things – our loyal Kyma customers’ desire for a healthy, organic and all-natural lunch option and the trend for increased takeout options during COVID,” said Chef Pano. “Today’s announcements are once again in response to demand for delicious, high quality and casual Greek food, any time of day.”

Lamb Shack menu highlights include Chef Pano’s Favorites, such as:

- Superior Farms All-Natural Leg of Lamb, Chick Pea Hummus, Arugula, Marinated Red Onions and Feta Cheese
- Heritage Farms All-Natural Berkshire Pork, Roasted Red Pepper Puree, Arugula, Marinated Red Onions & Fries

Buckhead Life is also excited to announce two ongoing monthly events taking place at Kyma:

Thursday Night Socials – On Thursday, April 20, Kyma launched its monthly socials to huge success. On May 18 at 6:30 p.m., Kyma will celebrate the grand opening of its Champagne Patio with a Champagne Social, offering complimentary Laurent-Perrier champagne, plentiful passed hors d’oeuvres and a live DJ. Tickets can be purchased here for $39 per person (including tax, gratuity and Eventbrite fees). After the Champagne Social kicks off, guests dining on Kyma’s Champagne Patio any night of the week will receive a complimentary first glass of champagne and any of Kyma’s award-winning sparkling wines at half price. Other upcoming social events include the Herradura Tequila Social on Thursday, June 15 and a Whiskey Social on Thursday, July 20. Kyma Socials will run every third Thursday and continue throughout the year.

Lamb Dinners – Back by Popular demand, Kyma Lamb Dinners will take place on the last Sunday of every month at 6 p.m., starting May 21. Culinary Director Pano Karatassos and Executive Chef Camron Woods welcome the Greek tradition of roasting a whole lamb at Kyma (a seven+ hour process). The lamb will be on display for the final hour during a "Toast and Roast" in Kyma’s outdoor garden, over cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. From there, guests will enjoy a menu of traditional Greek spreads, Kyma’s famous Grilled Octopus, Greek Salad and a tasting of Whole Roasted Lamb with Tzatiki, followed by a traditional Greek dessert of Loukoumades and Baklava. All courses will include wine pairings. Each lamb feeds up to 24 guests, so space is limited and tickets can be purchased here for $160 (including tax, gratuity and Eventbrite fees).
